Job Criteria:

1.Call Center Supervisor
  • Male/Female, max 35 years old
  • Proficient in English & Indonesia
  • Bachelor Degree in relevant background with GPA min. 3.00
  • Have 3 years experience in Call Center, and at least 2 years experience as Call Center Supervisor
  • A passion for delivering outstanding Customer Service
  • Strong managerial ability
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven ability to handle complex situations under pressure
  • Proactive, hard worker, fast learner, self motivated, responsible and result oriented.
  • Good team player, a great self starter, and self motivator
  • Able to work in team and independently
2.Call Center Agent
  • Male/Female, max 30 years old
  • Proficient in English and Indonesia
  • Diploma/Bachelor Degree in relevant background
  • Good Communication and Interpersonal Skill
  • Proactive, hard worker, fast learner, self motivated, responsible, and result oriented
  • Good team player, a great self starter, and self motivator
  • Able to work in team and independently
