Indonesia Vacancy IT - Human Resources Manager

Requirements:

• Male / Female max 40 years old
• Bachelor Degree (S1), graduated in HR Management / Psychology
• Have Passion in Human Development, people person and good communication skill
• Have good leadership and willing to work in a Team
• 5 years Professional working experience in HR position
• Fluency in both written and spoken is a must
• Computer Literacy
• Strong sense of urgency, problem solving, flexibility and self motivation
• In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, employment laws, including recruitment, hiring, training, counseling
