Lowongan Pekerjaan Sr Engineer - (RNC) Operations Lead 
 
 
1. 1.    Role & Responsibilities
  • Providing technical assistance to 3G operations  for First level maintenance  and Configuration Support  for  AXE and CPP nodes
  • Preventive Maintenance, involves CP, AP, NT backup on hard drives and DAT.
  • Coordination for switch related faults.
  • Working and managing Node-B sites with local support to the client
  • Integration, Testing & Commissioning of Node-B Sites different configurations along with transmission installation & commissioning activities.
  • Internal AT of all 3G nodes handed over from Projects team
  • System software downloading of AXE/RNC Nodes.
  • Responsible for Technical support
  • Provide online support to the Customer Service Requests (CSRs) and recommend timely actions after troubleshooting the system problems.
  • Monitoring of System Network Performance and Traffic Statistics
  • Fault Localization/Correction/Verification in RNC/Transmission
  • Corrective Maintenance (centralized routines)
  • Preventive Maintenance (centralized routines)
  • Liaises with subcontractors and 3rd parties to resolve faults
  • Liaises with other service providers regarding network outages
  • Responsible for leading / Training  RNC Field Engineers and providing  Network support
  • Supports end-end support, coordination and control of assigned Trouble Tickets
  • Supports Major Service outage investigations and follow up
  • Ensures planned outages are carried out/rolled back in maintenance window
  • Ensures Operator Customer Care is fully updated for service affecting outages
  • Work Order Management and closure on a 24x7 basis
 
1. 2.    Essentials for the role
  • Good knowledge in written and spoken English
  • Good communication & negotiation skills
  • Good in analytical & investigation technique
  • Excellent team player  and Coaching Skill
  • Good knowledge in O&M, support  procedures and the theoretical background  for the applicable requirements and telecom standards
  • Basic knowledge of Ericsson standards and processes
  • Good behavior in interface with customers, vendors and customer accounts
 
1. 3.    Competence
  • Must have Good Understanding of Ericsson’s RNC and Node - B
  • Knowledge and understanding of the nodes in the WCDMA network.
  • Good understanding of WCDMA / GSM Technology
