Jobs Indonesia Resource Planning Manager
JOB PURPOSE
- Support RNP Senior Project Manager to manage all resources of existing projects and new project requirement (local and regional)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Local (Indonesia):
Local (Indonesia):
- Monitor/control existing project team/resource requirement to ensure optimum project efficiency (managing around 400 engineers/technician)
- Support RNP/RNO Local Sales/Business Development (prepare proposal, meeting with customers)
- Interview RNP/RNO candidate for Local projects/opportunities
- Manage CV database for RNP/RNO resource
- Create standard CV format for the proposal submission
- Prepare engineer for interview with customer
Regional (Singapore, Malaysia, Philippine, Vietnam, etc):
- Find RNP/RNO candidate for regional projects/opportunities
- Support RNP/RNO Regional Business Development to prepare proposal/quote
GENERAL REQUIREMENT
Qualification
Qualification
- Has technical background on Optimization / Team Leader (to be able to interview RNP/RNO candidates)
- Has management skill and sales support capability
- Has good contact / network among the RNP/RNO engineers locally and in the region
Experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in technical and 2 years experience in project management
